THE LIVING SPACES PROJECT

The images below are organized in three areas: The Port of Los Angeles and Long Beach, The Old Port, and Housing and Environment. My ongoing photography series on the port is part of the collaboration between CSUDH’s Art Design Department and Dr. Vivian Price who wrote the text panels for the photographs. It builds on my original visual photo narrative, The Toxic Port Project (2014), and these latest images continue to explore environmental and economic issues facing the port workers.
